BETWEEN THEORY AND PRACTICE
LACA is a network promoted by Prof. Jeanette Schaeffer (University of Amsterdam) and funded by the NOW. It includes twelve European labs, among which one in the University of Milano-Bicocca (Prof. Maria Teresa Guasti), investigating the nature and the development of language (in)abilities in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across languages. One goal of this network is to build (stronger) bridges between theory and practice to create better tools for diagnosis and intervention.
The aim of this one day workshop is to bring together practitioners and academics to share the best practices across Europe in the diagnosis and rehabilitation of children with autism.
